Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality training sessions for students enrolled in the Human Resource Diploma program.
- Develop, review, and update course content as per industry requirements.
- Manage and coordinate all academic activities related to the HR diploma course.
- Conduct assessments, assignments, evaluations, and provide student feedback.
- Support curriculum planning and course execution under the guidance of the management.
- Assist in student mentoring, doubt-clearing sessions, and academic counseling.
- Ensure smooth administration and documentation of course-related activities.
- Contribute ideas for continuous improvement of training quality and student outcomes.
Requirements
- MBA in Human Resource Management from a recognized institution.
- Minimum 3 years of teaching, training, or academic experience in HR-related subjects.
- Strong knowledge of HR concepts, recruitment, performance management, labor laws, employee relations, and organizational behavior.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in online teaching platforms and digital learning tools.
- Strong organizational and administrative abilities.
- Looking for a candidate interested in a long-term association and growth with the organization.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in online education or e-learning environments.
- Course development and instructional design experience.
- Industry HR experience will be an added advantage.
