Onsite support / Facility Management Services (FMS) of ONE onsite engineer / Resident Engineer
Helpdesk Facility for users related to Wireless Solution.
¨ Maintenance of Passive network and attend network related issues of the supplied solution and assisting network team in attending Data Centre / IT dept LAN Passive network.
¨ Receive and resolutions to incidents through phone, web, tools or email.
¨ Provide updates to users on incidents logged.
¨ Perform any other day-to-day administration and support activities.
¨ Notify IT in case of any deviation.
Maintain Firewall Of Sophos, Network of Ruckus, handle the customer and daily routine issue
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
