Job description
We are looking for an experienced Admission & Career Counsellor with strong spoken English capabilities and an attitude to convince students across India and abroad to take admission. The ideal candidate will be responsible for prospecting students to enroll in our courses. They should also be comfortable in calling international students across various countries. They should possess the ability to perform effectively under sales pressure and will play a key role in generating business for the institute.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct counselling sessions to understand the needs of students and guide them towards suitable courses.
- Should have deep understanding of our course offerings, industry trends, and job market.
- Should be able to effectively communicate the benefits to candidates.
- Make calls and follow up leads through CRM update records of interactions with students, enrolment outcomes, and business generation activities.
- Should be able to generate leads and convert Walk-in to admissions.
- Evaluate enrolment campaigns, Suggest and Make improvements as needed.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor/Masters degree with Minimum of 3 years of experience in career counselling, sales, or business development, preferably in the education sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to persuade and motivate potential students.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Creative problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to business generation.
- Fluency in English is a must

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
