PropCheckup is looking for a proactive and organized Sales Coordinator to handle customer follow-ups, lead coordination, client communication, and operational support activities.
The candidate will be responsible for managing lead follow-ups, maintaining customer records, coordinating appointments, and supporting smooth communication between customers and internal teams.
This role is suitable for candidates who have strong communication skills, coordination ability, and interest in sales operations and customer management.
Roles & Responsibilities
* Handle inbound and outbound customer communication
* Follow up with new and existing leads
* Maintain proper lead status and customer records
* Coordinate customer appointments and inspections
* Support internal operational coordination
* Maintain daily follow-up reports and updates
* Update CRM, Excel sheets, and tracking systems
* Coordinate with inspection and operations team
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
