Age Limit: Maximum 35 Years
Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 Per Month
Qualification: B. Tech in Mechanical Engineering / Electrical Engineering
Preferred Industry: HVAC / MEP / Construction Industry
Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and responsible MEP Site Engineer with experience in HVAC and MEP project execution. The candidate should have practical knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and HVAC site activities along with the ability to handle site coordination, manpower, and project execution effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and monitor MEP and HVAC site execution activities.
- Handle installation work related to HVAC, electrical, and mechanical systems.
- Coordinate with contractors, supervisors, and clients for smooth project execution.
- Ensure work is completed as per approved drawings and project timelines.
- Monitor material availability and coordinate with the store/purchase department.
- Maintain daily site progress reports and update management regularly.
- Ensure quality standards and safety procedures are followed at the site.
- Attend client meetings and handle site coordination effectively.
- Resolve site-related technical issues during project execution.
- Inspect installation work and ensure compliance with project specifications.
Required Skills:
- Knowledge of HVAC and MEP systems
- Knowledge of AutoCAD
- Ability to read engineering and MEP drawings
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Knowledge of site execution and project handling
- Basic understanding of safety and quality standards
- Ability to handle manpower and contractors effectively
- MS Office and reporting knowledge preferred
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Candidate should have experience in HVAC / MEP project execution
- Strong technical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines
- Willing to travel and handle site activities across Delhi NCR
