Position: Founder’s Office Intern / Business Growth Associate

We are looking for a smart, creative, and growth-oriented individual who wants real exposure to business operations, strategy, and agency growth. This role is perfect for someone who wants to learn closely with leadership and understand how businesses scale in real-time.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting in business growth strategies and execution plans
- Researching market trends, competitors, and growth opportunities
- Brainstorming creative ideas for brand growth, lead generation, and client acquisition
- Supporting daily Founder’s Office operations and coordination tasks
- Working closely with sales, marketing, content, and operations teams
- Identifying process improvements and suggesting innovative solutions
- Assisting in planning campaigns, business activities, and internal projects
- Managing reports, updates, follow-ups, and business coordination tasks
- Contributing ideas for improving agency operations and productivity
- Understanding client requirements and helping with business expansion activities
- Staying updated with startup, marketing, and business growth trends
Requirements:
- Strong communication and creative thinking skills
- Business mindset with problem-solving ability
- Passion for startups, business growth, and marketing
- Self-motivated, curious, and eager to learn
- Freshers are welcome
- Basic understanding of digital marketing/business is a plus
