Job Summary
*Implement sales strategy to achieve sales target of Residential property.
* Generate new sales and Identifying prospective customers
* Give client a detailed presentation along with site visits
* Resolve customer queries, indecisiveness, skeptics, and confusion
- Clearly communicate the advantages and reasons for the business
* Maintains accurate records of all pricing, sales, & activity reports submitted.
* Maintains contact with all clients to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
* Prepare MIS reports as required by the management.
*Responsible for End to end sales
* Fluent English Communication
