What You'll Do
- Call instant form leads promptly after they register for our webinars
- Confirm their registration and answer basic questions about the webinar
- Send reminders via call and WhatsApp before the webinar date
- Build a warm, friendly rapport with every lead before the event
- Maintain a clean record of call status, confirmations, and no-responses in our CRM
- Coordinate with the internal team on daily lead status updates
What We're Looking For
- 1–2 years of experience in telecalling, inside sales, or customer coordination
- Fluent in Hindi and English — confident speaker, warm tone
- Comfortable making 50–80 calls per day
- Organized, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Positive attitude and genuine people skills — you enjoy talking to people
- Basic knowledge of WhatsApp Business and Google Sheets is a plus
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
