Job Summary
We are seeking a creative and technology-driven Digital Marketing Executive to strengthen our digital presence in the EPC water and wastewater sector. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in digital marketing, AI-powered marketing tools, graphic design, photo and video editing, and content creation. This role requires promoting our engineering capabilities, projects, products, and brands across digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Manage the company’s website, SEO, and online content.
- Create engaging content for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
- Design marketing materials including brochures, banners, presentations, and advertisements.
- Edit photos and videos for project showcases, case studies, and promotional campaigns.
- Utilize AI tools to generate marketing content, graphics, videos, and campaign ideas.
- Plan and execute email marketing campaigns and newsletters.
- Monitor website traffic, campaign performance, and digital analytics.
- Coordinate with engineering, sales, and business development teams to create technical marketing content.
- Maintain brand consistency across all digital platforms.
- Stay updated with emerging AI technologies and digital marketing trends.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Digital Marketing, SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, and social media marketing.
- Proficiency in AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Canva AI, Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, DALL·E, Microsoft Copilot, and other AI content-generation platforms.
- Excellent skills in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Canva, and Figma.
- Experience with WordPress or other CMS platforms.
- Knowledge of email marketing tools such as Mailchimp or Brevo.
- Basic understanding of video editing and motion graphics.
- Strong copywriting and content development skills.
- Ability to analyze marketing data and prepare performance reports.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing.
- Experience in the EPC, water treatment, wastewater, MEP, infrastructure, or industrial engineering sectors is highly preferred.
Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
