Job Title: Sales Executive
Location: Indore
Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and energetic Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating sales, booking orders, finding new customers, and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, confidence in dealing with customers, and a passion for sales.
Key Responsibilities:
● Generate sales and achieve monthly sales targets
● Visit markets and retailers/distributors for order booking
● Identify and develop new customers and business opportunities
● Build and maintain strong customer relationships
● Follow up with clients for repeat orders and payments
● Promote company products and introduce new product ranges
● Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order processing and delivery
● Maintain records of sales visits, orders, and customer feedback
● Monitor market trends and competitor activities
Requirements:
● Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience in sales
● 1–3 years of experience in FMCG or food industry sales preferred
● Good communication and negotiation skills
● Ability to build customer relationships
● Basic knowledge of sales reporting and market handling
● Self-motivated and target-oriented
● Willingness to travel for market visits
