We’re looking for a smart and energetic Cook/Chef
Main Dishes:
- Waffles Making
- ICE Cream scooping
- Chart Items
- Milk Shake
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and food items as per standardized recipes and menu requirements
- Ensure consistency in taste, quality, portion size, and presentation
- Follow daily production plans for service and orders
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of kitchen, equipment, and workstations
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and FSSAI standards at all times
- Ensure proper storage of raw materials, semi-prepared, and cooked foods
- Minimize food wastage and follow portion control guidelines
- Coordinate with kitchen team to ensure timely food preparation and service
- Handle kitchen equipment safely and report maintenance issues
- Follow SOPs and instructions given by the Supervisor
Requirements Education & Qualifications
- Hotel Management or Catering
- Passion for food industry
- Strong communication
Job Type: Permanent
Shift availability: Day Shift (Preferred)
Salary: 15,000 to 25,000Rs per month.
