Position Summary
We are seeking a PHP/Laravel Developer to take ownership of backend development across our product portfolio and client engagements. The role covers three areas: product backend development, Bitrix24 platform customization, and third-party API integrations, working directly with the delivery lead and the Founder.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop product backends in Laravel 11: data models, REST APIs, authentication, multi-tenant logic, and queue-based processing
- Develop Bitrix24 customizations and marketplace applications using the REST API, webhooks, and the D7 framework
- Build and maintain integrations with third-party systems, including property portals, telephony platforms, accounting software, and payment gateways
- Maintain, debug, and strengthen existing production systems
- Ensure data integrity across integrated systems through structured sync, mapping, and reconciliation, with test evidence accompanying every delivery
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of production PHP experience, including a minimum of 2 years with Laravel
- Experience building at least one complete backend independently; candidates will present and discuss their work
- Solid REST API integration experience: OAuth, webhooks, rate limiting, pagination, and error handling
- Proficiency in MySQL 8: schema design, indexing, and query optimization
- Disciplined Git usage and the ability to explain past technical decisions
Preferred Qualifications
- Bitrix24 development experience (REST/D7) or experience with any CRM/ERP platform (Zoho, Salesforce, SAP Business One)
- Node.js exposure; deployment experience on AWS or DigitalOcean
- Redis and background job processing
Selection Process
Screening call → live technical assessment at our office (API integration and data reconciliation task) → final round with the Founder. Offer released within 48 hours of final-round clearance.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
