We are looking for a professional and customer-focused Front Desk Executive to manage front office operations and ensure a seamless experience for visitors, employees, and clients. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a pleasant personality, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the front desk and serve as the first point of contact for visitors and guests.
- Greet and assist visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and correspondence.
- Coordinate visitor management, meeting room bookings, and employee appointments.
- Maintain visitor logs and issue access badges as per company policies.
- Receive, sort, and distribute couriers, packages, and mail.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office-related requirements.
- Support travel arrangements, including booking cabs, hotels, and flights when required.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
- Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and employee engagement activities.
- Coordinate with the Administration and Facilities teams to ensure smooth office operations.
- Ensure the reception area and common spaces are clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
- Maintain records, files, and documentation related to office administration.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- 0–1 years of experience in front office, administration, or receptionist roles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
Pay: ₹20,000.75 - ₹25,000.00 per month
