You own the two gas grills, the hero of our kitchen, in full view of the street. You're also our number two: when the manager is off, you run the shift.
What you'll do:
- Run two gas grills (veg and non-veg, kept strictly separate) to exact temperature and timing
- Cook our signature lava-cheese burger from frozen so the core stays molten
- Manage the hot-hold drawer with strict first-in-first-out so patties stay juicy, never dry
- Step up to run the full shift when the manager is off
- Keep your station, glass, and hood spotless; follow cold-chain rules
You'll need:
- 3+ years on a grill or hot line in a busy kitchen
- Consistency to a standard, fast clean hands, and the ability to lead a small team
- Food-safety awareness
We offer: ₹16–26k, monthly food-cost bonus, festival bonus, shift meals, and a clear path to Floor Manager.
