Job Overview
CPS Olympiads Foundation is looking for enthusiastic and confident Telecallers to connect with school principals, coordinators, and school owners across India. The candidate will be responsible for introducing our Olympiad programs, building relationships with schools, and generating registrations through effective communication.
Key responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to School Principals, Coordinators, and School Owners.
- Explain Olympiad programs and educational services in a professional manner.
- Deliver a clear and convincing sales pitch to prospective schools.
- Follow up with interested schools and maintain regular communication.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, and leads.
- Achieve monthly calling and conversion targets.
- Coordinate with the sales and operations team for smooth onboarding of schools.
Candidate Requirements
- Excellent command of spoken English and Hindi.
- Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
- Confidence in speaking with senior school management personnel.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office/Google Sheets.
- Prior telecalling, telesales, customer support, or education industry experience will be an added advantage.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
