Job Role: Academic Counsellor
We are looking for passionate and result-oriented Academic Counsellors to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication and counselling skills with the ability to guide prospective students toward suitable educational programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle student enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Counsel students regarding Online, Distance, and Hybrid degree programs.
- Understand students’ educational background and career goals to recommend suitable courses.
- Follow up with prospective students and convert leads into admissions.
- Maintain proper lead records and update the CRM/system regularly.
- Coordinate with students during the admission and onboarding process.
- Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
Required Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of higher education and online degree programs.
- Sales or counselling experience will be an added advantage.
- Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
- Positive attitude and good convincing skills.
Qualification
- Any Graduate / Postgraduate
- Freshers with excellent communication skills can also apply.
