Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors politely.
Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person.
Handle inquiries and provide information.
Maintain visitor records and appointments.
Receive and distribute mail, parcels, and documents.
Keep the reception area clean and organized.
Assist with basic administrative and office tasks.
Required Skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Pleasant personality and professional appearance.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, etc.).
Organizational and multitasking abilities.
Customer service skills.
Qualification
Usually 10+2 or Graduation.
Knowledge of English and local language is often preferred.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
