Position: Associate Manager | ME – Change Management

Job Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be responsible for coordinating and driving end-to-end engineering change management activities in the powertrain domain, including:
- Initiating engineering changes in PDM systems in coordination with project managers
- Managing preparatory activities such as agenda planning, invitations, formal checks, and identifying critical issues
- Facilitating and moderating change management committee discussions
- Documenting meeting resolutions and circulating minutes
- Generating reports and maintaining change-related documentation
- Supporting decision-making, cost assessment, and engineering change bundling
- Driving issue resolution and tracking progress based on status indicators
Candidate Requirements
- 6–9 years of relevant experience in change management or engineering coordination
- Experience in engineering change management
- Familiarity with PDM systems and documentation processes
- Strong coordination, reporting, and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
