The Solar Project Installation Manager is responsible for end-to-end execution of small solar power plant projects (typically 5–50 kWp) for residential, commercial and institutional clients. The role combines hands-on technical knowledge of solar PV systems with site management, vendor coordination and quality control. The incumbent will be the single point of accountability for safe, on-time and to-specification commissioning of plants supervised out of the Mayur Vihar and Sahibabad Site 4 offices.

Eligibility & Experience
- Diploma or B.E./B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical or Renewable Energy (Diploma holders with strong field experience are welcome).
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on solar PV installation experience, with at least 5 commissioned plants of 10 kWp or larger executed personally as installer or site engineer.
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD / SketchUp and basic design tools such as PVsyst or PVSol (preferred).
- Comfortable using mobile apps for inverter monitoring (Growatt ShinePhone, SolarMan, etc.).
- Valid two-wheeler driving licence; own vehicle preferred for inter-site travel.
- Working proficiency in Hindi and English; ability to manage labour teams on-site.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
