Job Purpose
The Customer Service Executive (CSI) will be responsible for ensuring seamless order execution by coordinating with internal departments and customers. The role involves order management, logistics coordination, customer communication, complaint resolution, payment follow-up, CRM maintenance, and supporting customer visits and inspections to deliver an excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure timely execution of customer orders through effective coordination with Design, Packaging, Production, and Dispatch teams.
- Coordinate with customers for logistics planning, shipment scheduling, and dispatch-related activities.
- Maintain and update customer databases, MIS reports, and operational formats accurately and on time.
- Follow up with customers for outstanding payments and coordinate with the Finance team for timely collections.
- Handle customer complaints, coordinate with internal stakeholders, and ensure timely resolution.
- Organize and coordinate third-party inspections as per customer requirements.
- Arrange product samples for customers, meetings, exhibitions, and customer visits.
- Maintain and update CRM data, including lead status, customer interactions, and follow-up activities.
- Provide regular updates to customers regarding order status, dispatch schedules, and delivery timelines.
- Ensure adherence to company processes and customer service standards.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
