Role Overview
We are looking for an SEO Specialist who understands that modern SEO is not just about rankings, but about generating qualified traffic, leads, conversions, and business growth.
The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge in technical SEO, on-page optimization, keyword strategy, and search intent mapping, with the ability to align SEO efforts with real business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute SEO strategies focused on traffic quality, conversions, and measurable business outcomes
- Conduct keyword research and search intent analysis with focus on commercial and transactional keywords
- Perform on-page SEO optimization for landing pages, service pages, blogs, and eCommerce product/category pages
- Handle technical SEO tasks including crawlability, indexing, site speed, schema markup, and site structure optimization
- Monitor and improve website performance through SEO audits and technical analysis
- Plan and manage eCommerce SEO strategies including product optimization and category hierarchy
- Collaborate with content, design, development, and marketing teams for SEO implementation
- Create SEO content briefs aligned with lead generation and conversion goals
- Track SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.
- Stay updated with Google algorithm updates, AI-driven search trends, and evolving SEO practices
- Prepare performance reports focused on organic growth, leads, conversions, and ROI

Requirements
- 1 to 3 years of practical SEO experience
- Strong understanding of Technical SEO, On-Page SEO, and Off-Page SEO
- Experience with SEO tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar tools
- Knowledge of search intent, content optimization, and keyword strategy
- Basic understanding of website structure, UI/UX impact on SEO, and conversion optimization
- Familiarity with WordPress or other CMS platforms
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Preferred Skills
- Experience handling eCommerce SEO projects
- Understanding of Core Web Vitals and website performance optimization
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and SEO-related technical concepts
- Experience working in agency environments
- Understanding of lead generation funnels and digital marketing strategy
