Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and target-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to identify new business opportunities, generate leads, maintain client relationships, and drive sales growth for our premium window film and smart glass solutions.
The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, excellent client-handling abilities, and a passion for sales and business development.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through field visits, networking, cold calling, references, and lead generation activities.
- Generate and manage leads for residential, commercial, and automotive projects.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, dealers, and corporate clients.
- Conduct product presentations and explain the benefits of Royal Tint products and solutions.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable product recommendations.
- Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to ensure smooth execution of projects.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and close deals.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with clients and update CRM/reporting systems.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer feedback.
- Prepare daily visit reports and sales reports.

Qualifications

Experience Required
- 1 to 5 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Client Relationship Management.
- Experience in window films, smart glass, interior products, construction materials, architectural products, or automotive accessories will be preferred.
