Job Overview
We are hiring enthusiastic and target-driven Education Counsellors to guide students in selecting the right online degree and certification programs. The role involves student counselling, lead conversion, admission support, and achieving enrollment targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Connect with prospective students via calls, emails, and virtual/in-person meetings.
- Understand students' academic backgrounds and career goals.
- Counsel students on online degree programs, universities, course structures, and career opportunities.
- Assist students throughout the admission and enrollment process.
- Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into admissions.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly admission targets.
- Deliver an excellent student counselling experience.

Eligibility
- Graduate (10+2+3) in any discipline
- 1–3 years of experience in Education Counselling, Academic Counselling, or Education Sales
- Age: 18–30 years
- Good command of English and Hindi
