We are looking for an experienced Sales Executive with mandatory experience selling Ready-Mix Concrete (RMC) and other building materials.
Mandatory Requirement-
Candidates must have prior hands-on sales experience in Ready-Mix Concrete.
Candidates without sales experience should not apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate orders from builders, contractors, developers and construction projects.
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers and site engineers.
- Identify new construction projects and business opportunities.
- Achieve monthly sales and volume targets.
- Coordinate with operations and dispatch teams for smooth concrete delivery.
- Follow up with customers for repeat orders and collections.
- Monitor local RMC market pricing and competitor activity.
Required Experience & Skills
- Mandatory: Previous experience in RMC sales.
- Experience dealing with builders, contractors, developers and construction sites.
- Strong knowledge of concrete grades such as M20, M25, M30 and above.
- Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently in field sales.
Experience: 1–5+ years in building material Sales preferred.
Salary: Competitive, based on experience + performance incentives.
Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
