Summary: We are seeking a qualified and experienced Facility Manager to oversee the operation and maintenance of building utilities and electrical systems. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical knowledge of HVAC/AC systems, solar power systems, DG sets, and general facility maintenance operations. Eligibility: M.Tech or B.Tech in Electrical Engineering or a related engineering discipline Relevant experience in facility management, hospital/industrial/building maintenance preferred
Key Responsibilities: Supervise maintenance and operation of electrical infrastructure and utilities Monitor and maintain AC/HVAC systems, solar panels, DG sets, and power backup systems Ensure preventive and breakdown maintenance activities are carried out efficiently Coordinate with vendors and service providers for facility-related works Ensure compliance with safety standards and statutory requirements Maintain records of maintenance schedules, equipment performance, and utility consumption
Required Skills: Sound knowledge of electrical systems and facility operations Hands-on understanding of AC/HVAC, solar energy systems, and DG maintenance Troubleshooting and team coordination skills Good communication and reporting abilities Salary & Benefits: Salary: As per industry norms and experience
