About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive QA Engineer with 2+ years of experience in Manual Testing and API Testing. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience in testing web and mobile applications. Knowledge of automation testing using Playwright will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scenarios.
- Perform Manual Testing for web and mobile applications.
- Conduct Functional, Integration, System, and Regression Testing.
- Perform API Testing using Postman and validate request/response data.
- Identify, document, track, and verify software defects using Jira.
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and business stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure product quality.
- Participate in requirement analysis and provide feedback from a QA perspective.
- Prepare detailed test reports and communicate testing progress effectively.
- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality software releases.
- Assist in improving QA processes and testing standards.
- Contribute to test automation initiatives using Playwright (preferred but not mandatory).

- Good understanding of the Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and Bug Life Cycle.
- Experience with defect tracking using Jira.

- Basic understanding of SQL/database validation is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

Preferred Qualifications
- Exposure to Automation Testing using Playwright.
