The Alan Scott Group is seeking a Strategic Projects Associate – Founder’s Office to work directly with the Founder across manufacturing, automation, environmental technologies, AI, education, and new business ventures.
This is a career opportunity for someone who wants to learn how businesses are built and eventually grow into a leadership role.
Your Responsibilities:
- Drive execution of strategic projects
- Follow up relentlessly until work gets completed
- Visit factories, vendors, and project sites
- Develop and evaluate suppliers across India
- Coordinate with multiple teams and external partners
- Build systems, dashboards, and AI-enabled workflows
- Report facts objectively and maintain complete confidentiality
We Are Looking For:
- Engineering graduate preferred
- 5–7 years of professional experience
- Marathi, Hindi, and English proficiency
- Comfortable with travel across Maharashtra and India
- Working knowledge of AI tools and digital productivity platforms
- Strong execution and organizational skills
