Dangura Digital is looking for energetic and confident Business Development Interns who are eager to learn sales, client communication, and business development. The role is primarily focused on outbound calling, lead generation, and setting up meetings with potential clients.

Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients.
- Generate and qualify leads through cold calling.
- Introduce company services and create interest among prospects.
- Schedule meetings for the sales team.
- Follow up with leads and maintain communication.
- Update lead information in CRM and trackers.
- Maintain daily calling and lead generation reports.
- Support the sales team in achieving business targets.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of potential clients.
- Learn sales processes, client handling, and business development techniques.
Requirements
- Freshers only.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Strong verbal and interpersonal skills.
- Confident and professional telephone etiquette.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Google Sheets, Email).
- Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
- Self-driven and target-oriented mindset.
