Artfills is a fast growing art tech startup dedicated to promoting Indian classical arts through online learning. We offer structured courses in Kathak, Hindustani vocal, and more. We are looking for a motivated Business Development Associate to join our growing team.
Role Responsibilities
- Call & follow up with inbound leads
- Understand learner needs and pitch our courses
- Convert leads into enrollments
- Maintain lead data and reports
- Coordinate with marketing & operations teams
Requirements
- 1–6 years of sales or business development experience
- Good communication in English or Hindi
- Confident, target driven, and persuasive
- Comfortable with calling & CRM systems
