About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Head HR to lead the Human Resources function and drive strategic HR initiatives across the organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for workforce planning, talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, compliance, industrial relations, and overall HR operations.
Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic HR Management
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Act as a strategic partner to management on organizational development and workforce planning.
- Drive HR policies, systems, and processes to enhance organizational effectiveness.
- Build a performance-driven and employee-centric culture.
Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for all levels.
- Develop manpower planning and succession planning strategies.
- Build employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
- Monitor recruitment metrics and hiring effectiveness.
Employee Relations & Engagement
- Foster positive employee relations and maintain a healthy work environment.
- Handle employee grievances and disciplinary matters.
- Design and implement employee engagement, retention, and welfare programs.
- Conduct employee satisfaction surveys and action planning.
Performance Management
- Implement and monitor KPI/KRA-based performance management systems.
- Guide department heads on performance evaluation and employee development.
- Drive performance improvement initiatives.
Compensation & Benefits
- Design and manage compensation structures, salary benchmarking, and benefits programs.
- Oversee annual appraisal, increment, and promotion cycles.
- Ensure internal equity and external competitiveness.
HR Operations & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and statutory requirements.
- Oversee payroll coordination, attendance, leave management, and HRMS.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Manage audits related to HR and labor compliance.
Learning & Development
- Identify training needs and implement development programs.
- Develop leadership and succession pipelines.
- Promote a culture of continuous learning and skill enhancement.
Industrial Relations (Manufacturing Setup)
- Handle worker management and industrial relations matters.
- Liaise with government authorities and labor departments.
- Ensure smooth factory operations from an HR perspective.
Pay: ₹75,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
