Business Development Research Intern
We're looking for a curious, detail-oriented individual to support our business development efforts through research, organization, and operational execution.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys finding information, connecting the dots, organizing data, and helping teams work more efficiently. You'll work behind the scenes to ensure our business development activities run smoothly by maintaining high-quality data, researching companies and decision-makers, and creating supporting materials.

What You'll Do
- Research potential prospect organizations and identify key decision-makers such as founders, CEOs, HR leaders, and business heads.
- Map and maintain LinkedIn profiles of relevant stakeholders.
- Fetch publicly available contact information of decision makers
- Research companies, industries, market trends, and relevant news articles.
- Collate, summarize, and present research findings in a clear and structured manner.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date prospect information in Google Sheets and other internal databases.
- Support administrative activities related to business development, including coordinating with external vendors and maintaining data quality.
- Track outreach activities and ensure business development plans are progressing smoothly.
- Create and update marketing collateral such as brochures, PDFs, presentations, infographics, agreements, and other business documents.
What We're Looking For
- Excellent internet research skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good written English and communication skills.
- Comfortable working with Google Sheets, Google Docs, and Microsoft Office.
- Well-organized and able to manage multiple tasks independently.
- Resourceful, proactive, and willing to learn new tools when required.
- Basic familiarity with LinkedIn is a plus.
- Experience with Canva or similar design tools is an added advantage.
