DKT infra is looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Chat Process Executives to join our team in Zirakpur. The ideal candidate should have excellent written communication skills and the ability to handle customer queries professionally through chat support.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
- Resolve customer concerns and complaints effectively.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through quality support.
- Record customer interactions and update relevant information in the system.
- Escalate complex issues to the concerned department when required.
- Follow company guidelines and maintain service standards.
Requirements
- Minimum 6 months to 2 years of experience in Chat Process, Customer Support, or a similar role.
- Excellent written English communication skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and typing proficiency.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple chat conversations.
- Strong problem-solving and customer-handling skills.
