Key Responsibilities
- Manage PMO activities for multiple utility-scale ground-mounted solar EPC projects.
- Develop, monitor, and control project schedules, milestones, and key deliverables.
- Coordinate with Project Sites, Engineering, Procurement, SCM, Quality, Safety, Finance, and Management teams.
- Track project progress, identify delays, prepare recovery plans, and monitor closure of critical activities.
- Review project dashboards, MIS reports, S-curves, and performance indicators.
- Monitor material procurement, dispatch status, manpower deployment, and site execution progress.
- Support project teams in resolving execution challenges and maintaining project timelines.
- Conduct project review meetings and prepare management presentations.
- Maintain project risk registers, action trackers, and ensure timely closure.
- Support project cost tracking, billing status monitoring, and project documentation.
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of utility-scale solar EPC project lifecycle.
- Experience in project planning, scheduling, monitoring, and reporting.
- Knowledge of Civil, Electrical, MMS, SCADA, and commissioning activities.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
Pay: ₹668,719.87 - ₹820,251.67 per year
