We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administration Officer to manage and coordinate administrative operations across our branches in Kochi, Thiruvananthapuram (TVM), Kozhikode (Calicut), and Thrissur (TSR).
The ideal candidate will serve as the central point of coordination for all branch-related administrative activities, ensuring smooth communication, efficient batch management, and a seamless onboarding experience for students.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the central coordinator between Kochi, TVM, Calicut, and TSR branches.
- Communicate with newly enrolled students across all branches regarding upcoming batches.
- Share batch details, class schedules, joining instructions, and onboarding requirements with students.
- Follow up with students to confirm attendance and resolve pre-batch queries.
- Coordinate with admissions, academic, and operations teams to ensure smooth batch launches.
- Maintain accurate records of admissions, batch allocations, onboarding status, and student communications.
- Monitor batch capacities and update branch teams regarding seat availability.
- Prepare and share daily, weekly, and monthly administrative reports.
- Ensure consistency in administrative processes and communication across all locations.
- Address student concerns and escalate issues to the relevant departments when necessary.
- Support management with additional operational and administrative tasks as required.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in administration, operations, student coordination, or a similar role.
- Excellent communication skills in Malayalam and English.
- Strong organizational, coordination, and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Workspace, and CRM tools.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multi-branch environment.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
