About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and professional Personal Secretary to support our Managing Director. This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and effective communication across the institution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage schedules, appointments, and meetings for the Managing Director
- Handle correspondence, emails, and official documentation
- Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
- Assist in administrative and operational tasks as required
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and digital tools
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Prior experience in a similar role will be an advantage
Pay: From ₹18,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
