Roles & Responsibilities:
- Manage customer relationships and ensure timely resolution of customer queries and concerns.
- Act as the primary point of contact between customers and internal departments.
- Coordinate with Sales, Production, Dispatch, Stores, and Accounts teams for smooth order processing.
- Track customer orders and provide regular updates regarding production and delivery status.
- Maintain customer records, communication logs, and CRM database accurately.
- Handle customer complaints and ensure timely closure with proper follow-up.
- Prepare and share order status reports, customer feedback reports, and MIS reports.
- Follow up with customers regarding pending orders, dispatch schedules, and documentation requirements.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction through effective communication and service.
- Support management in improving customer retention and relationship management processes.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Any Graduate
- Experience: 2 to 4 years in CRM, Customer Service, Customer Support, or Client Coordination
- Experience in Manufacturing or Packaging Industry will be preferred
Skills Required:
- Strong customer relationship management skills
- Excellent communication and follow-up abilities
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, Emails, and CRM software
- Ability to coordinate with multiple departments
- Problem-solving and customer-handling skills
- Strong documentation and reporting capabilities
- Ability to manage multiple customer accounts simultaneously
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in order processing and dispatch coordination
- Knowledge of customer complaint handling and resolution
- Manufacturing or packaging industry experience
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
