Working Hours: 09:30 AM to 06:00 PM
Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Course Counsellor with a minimum of 1 year of experience as a Telemarketing Executive or Counsellor in an educational institute or training company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for telecalling, student counselling, and guiding prospective students through the admission process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective students and follow up on inquiries.
- Counsel students and parents regarding courses and admission procedures.
- Convert leads into admissions by explaining course benefits and career opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and admissions.
- Provide regular updates to management.
- Achieve monthly admission targets (incentives applicable per successful admission).
- Annual Performance bonus
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in telemarketing or educational counselling.
- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic computer proficiency.
