Our services include Mutual Funds, Life Insurance, General Insurance, Goal-Based Financial Planning, and Retirement Planning. We are expanding our team and looking for an enthusiastic Telecaller to support our client outreach and appointment scheduling efforts.
Role Overview
As a Telecaller, you will be the first point of contact for prospective clients and will play a key role in creating a positive first impression of Trisight.
Your primary responsibility will be to connect with prospective clients, generate qualified appointments, and maintain accurate records of all interactions. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with excellent communication skills who enjoys interacting with people and contributing to a growing organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Call prospective clients from company-provided lead lists, referrals, and warm leads.
- Introduce Trisight Financial Advisers and our services professionally.
- Understand the client's basic financial requirements and identify potential opportunities.
- Schedule appointments for Financial Advisors.
- Send appointment confirmations and reminders.
- Follow up with prospects who have expressed interest but have not yet scheduled a meeting.
- Maintain accurate call records and update lead status daily in Excel or CRM.
- Handle basic client queries and route detailed financial discussions to the Financial Advisor.
- Build a positive and professional relationship with every prospective client.
Who We’re Looking For
- Graduate in any discipline (Mandatory)
- 0–2 years of experience in Telecalling, Customer Service, Inside Sales, Lead Generation, or Business Development
- Excellent spoken English communication skills (Mandatory & Non-Negotiable)
- Good spoken Hindi communication skills
- Confident, courteous, and persuasive personality with a pleasant telephone manner
- Strong listening, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel or Google Sheets
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and eager to learn
- Comfortable working towards daily calling and appointment targets

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
