- Enter data into system/software with high accuracy.
- Maintain minimum error rate in data entries.
- Check and verify source documents before entering data.
- Identify and correct incomplete or incorrect information.
- Update existing records regularly.
- Maintain proper digital filing and database organization.
- Complete assigned entries within deadlines.
- Ensure daily targets are achieved.
- Maintain physical and digital records properly.
- Ensure easy retrieval of documents/data.
- Share daily/weekly work status with reporting manager.
- Prepare MIS reports if required.
- Maintain confidentiality of company and employee data.
- Follow data security policies.
- Coordinate with different departments for missing data/documents.
- Ensure smooth information flow.
