Key Responsibilities
- Teach English as per the CBSE curriculum using engaging and competency-based methods.
- Develop students' reading, writing, speaking, listening, grammar and vocabulary skills.
- Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, activities and assessments.
- Conduct regular assessments and identify and address learning gaps.
- Encourage reading, communication, creative writing, discussions and presentations.
- Maintain student records and complete academic responsibilities on time.
- Manage the classroom effectively and create a positive learning environment.
- Participate in school activities, events and co-curricular programmes.
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's/Master's Degree in English or a relevant subject
- B.Ed. or equivalent teacher education qualification
- Experience with the CBSE curriculum preferred.
Experience
- Prior teaching experience in Classes 3 to 8 preferred.
- Experience in a CBSE school will be an advantage.
- Freshers with strong subject knowledge, communication skills and teaching aptitude may also be considered.
Pay: ₹10,745.04 - ₹30,000.00 per month
