Job Summary:
Responsible for teaching Accountancy, Business Studies, and Economics to Higher Secondary classes (Grades 11 & 12), ensuring rigorous preparation for the Tamil Nadu State Board public examinations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Curriculum Delivery: Plan and teach the Matriculation syllabus with a strong focus on conceptual clarity and step-by-step problem-solving.
- Board Preparation: Train students according to the state board blueprint, marking schemes, and time management strategies.
- Assessment: Conduct regular tests, evaluate papers meticulously, and run remedial classes for struggling students.

Qualifications & Skills:
- Education: M.Com + B.Ed (Mandatory).
- Experience: 3+ years teaching Classes 11 & 12 under the State Board/Matriculation system.
- Core Skills: Mastery of double-entry bookkeeping, strong English communication, and excellent board presentation skills.
