We are seeking an Operations Intern to act as a bridge between clients and our SaaS product. The role involves managing day-to-day operational execution of client workflows, supporting live projects, and gradually taking ownership of execution. You will interact with clients to understand their requirements and propose practical product-based solutions while learning platform features in a fast-paced SaaS environment at Zeko AI.
Key responsibilities
- Own and manage day-to-day operational execution of client workflows on the SaaS platform.
- Work hands-on with the SaaS product, learning platform features, workflows, and configurations.
- Interact with clients to understand requirements, clarify workflows, and gather inputs.
- Support in proposing practical, product-based solutions aligned with client needs.
- Assist in client communication for updates, coordination, and execution-related discussions.
- Assisting candidates with their doubts, queries and resolving them.
- Track tasks, dependencies, and timelines to maintain operational ownership and accountability.
- Coordinate with teams to ensure smooth and timely delivery.
- Identify operational or workflow gaps and ensure timely resolution through internal coordination.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with ability to multitask
- Proficiency in Google Suite/MS Office and basic to intermediate data analysis
- Can commit full time to this internship for a minimum of three months
