About the Role
We are looking for a skilled Business Developer / Lead Generation Specialist who can generate new business opportunities through Upwork, LinkedIn, social media, email outreach, and other online platforms.
The ideal candidate should be able to find potential clients, write customized proposals, handle client communication, follow up professionally, and convert leads into meetings or business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Find relevant leads through Upwork, LinkedIn, social media, email, and online platforms
- Search and apply for suitable Upwork jobs
- Write customized Upwork proposals based on client requirements
- Handle Upwork messages, invitations, and client follow-ups
- Generate leads from LinkedIn, Facebook groups, Instagram, X/Twitter, Reddit, and niche communities
- Identify decision-makers and potential business clients
- Send professional outreach messages and follow-ups
- Build and maintain a lead pipeline
- Book calls, meetings, or business discussions with potential clients
- Maintain daily/weekly reports of leads, proposals, replies, meetings, and deals
- Coordinate with the internal team to understand services, pricing, and client requirements
Required Skills
- Experience in business development, lead generation, or online bidding
- Strong knowledge of Upwork lead handling and proposal writing
- Ability to write personalized, non-copy-paste proposals
- Good understanding of LinkedIn and social media lead generation
- Strong English communication skills, written and verbal
- Ability to understand client requirements and present suitable solutions
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools, Google Sheets, Trello, Notion, HubSpot, or similar tools
- Good follow-up and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently
Preferred Skills
- Experience in B2B sales
- Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Knowledge of cold email outreach
- Experience working with IT, software, web development, app development, digital marketing, or service-based companies
- Existing network or previous client acquisition experience

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
