HR Responsibilities:
- Assist in recruitment processes (job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews)
- Maintain employee records (personal files, contracts, attendance, leave records)
- Support onboarding and induction of new employees
- Assist in payroll coordination and documentation
- Handle employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labour regulations
- Maintain HR databases and reports
- Coordinate employee engagement activities and internal communications
- Design and prepare festival and event posters for internal and external communication
- Manage and update company LinkedIn profiles and other professional social media platforms
- Handle online company profile management across portals, directories, and business platforms
- Assist in managing software user access, permissions, and account coordination for employees
Administrative Responsibilities:
- Manage office supplies and inventory
- Coordinate office maintenance and vendor management
- Handle correspondence (emails, letters, calls)
- Maintain filing systems (physical and digital)
- Assist in travel arrangements and meeting coordination
- Support documentation for contracts, invoices, and purchase orders
- Ensure smooth office operations and general administrative support
- Coordinate with IT/service providers for system access and office technology support
- Monitor and maintain confidentiality of company documents and digital records
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in HR/Admin role preferred
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Basic knowledge of design tools such as Canva or similar software for poster creation
- Familiarity with LinkedIn and online business profile management
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Basic knowledge of labour laws and HR practices
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity
Pay: ₹10,850.36 - ₹15,000.00 per month
