## Role: Accounts Team Leader
- Experience: 7-8 years in accounting and finance
- Team: Lead a team of 5 accountants executives / assistants
## Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Reporting: Oversee monthly/quarterly financial statements, reconciliations, and reporting.
- Account Management: Manage accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger.
- Team Leadership: Guide, mentor, and manage team performance.
- Process Improvement: Streamline accounting processes and ensure compliance.
- Collaboration: Work with other departments (sales, procurement, etc.).
## Skills Required:
- CA Inter /ICWA/MBA (Finance)
- Accounting software proficiency (Tally, SAP, etc.)
- Strong analytical and leadership skills
- Compliance and regulatory knowledge
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
