Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage domestic and international travel itineraries for corporate and individual clients.
- Oversee all aspects of travel bookings including flights, hotels, transfers, and other travel services using AMADEUS and other booking tools.
- Ensure accurate and efficient handling of travel arrangements while adhering to client preferences and budget.
- Stay updated on visa regulations, documentation requirements, and travel advisories to ensure compliance.
- Handle client queries, provide destination guidance, and resolve any issues or emergencies efficiently.
- Manage travel documentation and maintain detailed records for reporting and analysis.
- Support and lead a team of travel consultants, offering training and oversight as required.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to business growth by offering value-added services.
- Maintain strong relationships with suppliers, airlines, and service partners to negotiate competitive pricing.
