Job Summary
Haritha Automation Pvt Ltd is looking for a Service Engineer to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and support LED Display Systems. Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience are welcome to apply. The candidate will be responsible for providing technical support, ensuring smooth operation of LED display installations, and maintaining customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the installation and commissioning of indoor and outdoor LED display systems.
- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of LED displays.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, electrical, and controller-related issues.
- Attend customer complaints and provide timely technical support.
- Replace faulty LED modules, power supplies, cables, and controllers.
- Conduct site visits for inspection and maintenance activities.
- Maintain service reports and customer visit records.
- Coordinate with senior engineers and technical teams for issue resolution.
- Ensure proper functioning and uptime of LED display systems.
