Job Description – Marketing & Client Relationship ExecutiveResponsibilities
- Call or visit schools, colleges, and hospitals to explain our applications (Educational ERP, Educational CRM, and HMS – Hospital Management System).
- Present product features clearly and convince institutions to adopt the solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with educational institutions and healthcare clients.
- Conduct product demos (phone / video / in-person) for Education ERP, Educational CRM, and HMS.
- Assist in basic marketing activities and simple market research.
- Prepare short reports on client interactions, feedback, and follow-ups.
- Follow up with leads and support onboarding of new clients.
Skills Required
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to build long-term client relationships.
- Good convincing and negotiation skills.
- Strong planning and organizational ability.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Willingness to learn SaaS products and work with a growing startup.
Preferred Background
- MBA / BBA / Marketing / Business Development students or recent graduates.
- Interest in EdTech, Educational CRM, and Healthcare IT (HMS).
- Prior experience not mandatory – learning attitude and commitment are more important.
