Job Summary
We are looking for a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Telecaller / Console Executive to join our hospital team. The selected candidate will be the first point of contact for patients and visitors, handling telephone calls, appointment scheduling, patient inquiries, and front-office communication. The role requires excellent communication skills, patience, empathy, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced healthcare environment while maintaining patient confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming telephone calls promptly and professionally.
- Handle patient inquiries regarding doctors, departments, consultation timings, and hospital services.
- Schedule, reschedule, and cancel patient appointments.
- Guide patients regarding registration procedures, required documents, and consultation fees.
- Transfer calls to the appropriate departments or healthcare professionals.
- Maintain accurate records of appointments, inquiries, and call logs.
- Coordinate with doctors, nursing staff, reception, laboratory, pharmacy, and other departments to ensure smooth communication.
- Respond to patient concerns and escalate complaints to the appropriate authority when necessary.
- Follow up with patients regarding appointments, health check-up packages, investigations, and feedback.
- Provide information about hospital facilities, insurance services, and health programs.
- Ensure all patient information is handled confidentially and in accordance with hospital policies.
- Support the reception and front-office team during busy hours when required.
- Maintain a courteous, positive, and patient-friendly attitude at all times.
Eligibility
- Minimum qualification: Diploma, or Graduate.Candidates who have completed a Hospital Administration course, Hospital Management,
- Previous experience in a hospital, clinic, call center, or customer service role is preferred.
- Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.
Pay: From ₹10,000.00 per month
