About the Role
We are looking for a passionate, energetic, and experienced Center Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our NGO center. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of programs, leading a team, engaging with children and parents, coordinating with CSR partners and donors, and driving the center's overall performance.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the overall operations and administration of the center.
- Lead, mentor, and supervise the center team to achieve program objectives.
- Ensure effective implementation of all NGO initiatives and activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with CSR partners, donors, government authorities, schools, and community stakeholders.
- Coordinate regularly with children, parents, and community members to ensure effective program delivery.
- Plan, monitor, and review center activities to achieve organizational goals and project milestones.
- Maintain accurate documentation, MIS reports, attendance records, and beneficiary data.
- Monitor center expenses and support basic budgeting and resource utilization.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, donor requirements, and statutory guidelines.
- Organize community outreach programs, awareness campaigns, and stakeholder meetings.
- Submit timely operational and performance reports to management.
Desired Candidate ProfileQualifications
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Master of Social Work (MSW) preferred.
Experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the NGO, social development, education, child welfare, or CSR sector.
- Prior experience in managing a center or leading a team is essential.
